The backing choir on a few songs SHOULD BE SHOT or at least go back to whatever Disney cartoon they came out of.Blossom has a nice cutesy and shyly sexy voice that gives these standards a different spin than if they were sung by Ella or Dinah or Sarah.Herb Ellis,Ray Brown,and Jo Jones are good backing band for her,and with the classic Verve production of the 1950`s it`s a pleasant listen.
